Chicago service + charity concept: If 1,000 participants each complete 20 verified hours, the project could generate 20,000 hours of Chicago-area community service. In addition, a portion of event proceeds is intended to be donated to local Chicago charities and community organizations. The specific percentage or amount, recipient organizations, and distribution terms would be disclosed before any ticket or participation payments are accepted.
Why limit it to about 1,000 people? The smaller audience is part of the concept. Rather than a stadium-style experience, the goal is to create a more personal, close-to-the-performance atmosphere where attendees can feel meaningfully closer to an A-list headline artist. The exact proximity, seating, interaction and performance format would depend on the venue and the final artist contract, and no performer is currently confirmed.
Projected Pricing
Current planning assumptions — not a current offer for sale:
• Lodging: $1,000 per person, per night; projected two-night lodging total: $2,000 per person.
• Event participation/admission: $1,227.27 per person.
• Projected two-night lodging + event participation total: $3,227.27 per person, before transportation or other items not ultimately included.
• A portion of event proceeds is intended to support local Chicago charities and community organizations. The exact charitable allocation would be published before payments are accepted.

Community Service & Commitment

Proposed participant-funds protection: The current concept is that, once the event is sufficiently developed and formal terms exist, the $1,227.27 participant fee would be paid to an independent third-party escrow provider rather than directly to the organizer. Release and refund conditions would be set out in a written agreement. No escrow provider has been selected and no money is collected on this survey.
13. If the venue, dates, performer, refund terms and independent escrow arrangement were formally established, would you be willing to prepay the full $1,227.27 event fee into that escrow arrangement?
